Tod Castleberry
President & Partner

Tod is a results oriented broadcast executive, content and brand manager, with over thirty years of broadcasting experience in sports, news talk programming, digital media platforms and sports marketing. His experience includes a focus on content development and audience engagement, recruitment and development of broadcasting talent, social media engagement, brand engagement, and event production and management. Tod has significant experience consulting current and former professional athletes and media personalities.

Most recently he and partner Seth Berenzweig revamped the legendary McLaughlin Group political talk show introducing this iconic show to new audiences over the last three years on commercial and public television as well as digital channels. He continues his long-running partnership with Hall of Fame football legend John Riggins as co-host of their weekly video podcast, The John Riggins Show. He served as a consultant to Riggo on the Range, a TV show featuring Pro Football Hall of Fame running back John Riggins, which aired on the Discovery Network’s, “Destination America.” Prior to Riggo on the Range, Castleberry was program director for WAXY AM 790 and FM 104.3 The Ticket Miami, South Florida’s top-rated sports station in 2012 and 2013. In revamping the station’s line-up and leading the conversion of the station from AM to FM, The Ticket achieved record ratings and revenue under Castleberry. In 2013 he was selected to serve on the first-ever national ESPN Radio Advisory Board. Before joining The Ticket in 2012, Castleberry served as co-host and executive producer of The John Riggins Show, a TV and radio simulcast in afternoon drive in Washington, DC. Other broadcasting stints include Red Zebra Broadcasting, where he was vice president of programming and operations. He was responsible for all programming and technical operations for five stations as well as the Washington Redskins Radio Network of 26 stations. Prior to Red Zebra, Castleberry was the operations manager and program director of Sports Talk 980, WTEM as well as talk stations WTNT AM 570 and WWRC AM 1260. As WTEM operations manager for ten years, Castleberry led the station to record ratings and unprecedented revenue growth. WTEM has been the launching pad for many successful shows that have gone into national syndication, including The Tony Kornheiser Show, The Steve Czaban Show, The Sports Reporters with Andy Pollin and Steve Czaban, and The James Brown Show. Additionally, he was the executive producer of the Washington Redskins play-by-play broadcast and the Washington Redskins Radio Network.

Jack Hochman is an award-winning producer and director for live and edited broadcast and digital content. He received a Sports Emmy for his work on NBC’s Super Bowl LVI Pregame Show and five Telly Awards for numerous digital projects for professional sports organizations. Jack specializes in achieving clients’ goals from conception to execution. He serves in every aspect of production and distribution as a writer, director, editor, and consultant. Jack’s work has appeared on every major broadcast network and numerous cable networks including coverage of the MLB World Series, NBA Playoffs, NCAA Championships, and live event production at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games.

Seth Berenzweig

Seth Berenzweig is a Partner of BLC Digital Strategies and and Founding and Managing Partner at the law firm Berenzweig Leonard LLP. In addition to being a business attorney for the past twenty five years, Seth has also developed a practice that provides representation to sports, music and entertainment clients. As a leading expert in the legal field, Seth frequently appears in the national and international media to discuss business, sports, and white collar matters, and is a recurring guest on national television networks discussing breaking news and high-impact legal cases. Declan Leonard

Declan Leonard is a Partner of BLC Digital Strategies. As a founding and managing partner of Berenzweig Leonard LLP, he works with executives in the Washington Metropolitan area and throughout the United States to navigate the maze of employment and business laws with an eye towards minimizing legal risks in order for his clients to maximize revenue. He has been frequently quoted as an authority on business legal issues in such major publications as The Washington Post, Washington Business Journal, SHRM HR Magazine, and Lawyer’s Weekly. Declan’s work includes working with former professional athletes to help them address their business law issues. His work with former NFL players has included helping address contract matters, crisis management, and dismissal of lawsuits.
